Semi-parametric 4-band equalizer with 11 selectable frequencies, +/-12dB range, selectable dual Q peak/shelf on HF and LF bands, dual Q for both mid bands, high pass and low pass shelving filters, and a coarse 5-dB step +/-15dB input gain control. The 444x uses the AM-10 discrete opamp, a close cousin of the infamous JE-990, to produce an impedance balanced output capable of driving +27dB into a 600-Ohm load at less than 0.01% distortion.
